STEP 2: INITIAL SCREENING CALL

If selected, you will be contacted within 24–72 hours for a brief screening conversation.

• Independence level

• Income verification

• House guideline expectations

• Move-in timeline

This ensures a strong community fit.

STEP 3: IN-PERSON TOUR & INTERVIEW

Qualified applicants will be invited to:

• Tour the home

• Review house guidelines

• Ask questions

• Complete program documentation

All residents must agree to structured community expectations.

STEP 4: APPROVAL & MOVE-IN

If approved:

• Program fee is confirmed

• Security deposit (if required) is collected

• Move-in date is scheduled

Residents participate on a month-to-month structured housing program basis.

• Be fully independent in activities of daily living

• Manage personal medications independently

• Follow house guidelines

• Maintain program fee payments
